Harvested on September 9, 2015, the Tannat emerged from the vineyard at 20.5 brix and a pH of 3.68. It was aged in neutral oak puncheons for 18 months, bottle aged for an additional 12 months, and released for purchase in July 2019.

The resulting wine is bright and lively, with excellent presence on the palate and great structure provided by its tannins. Cherry, black currant and tobacco undertones form the essence of the wine.
